Working Chef / Sous Chef — Leadership Opportunity in Established Bistro
High-volume neighborhood bistro is strengthening its kitchen team with a focus on consistency, accountability, and execution.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader—someone who can run a line, lead a team, and take pride in building a kitchen that performs.
What you’ll do:
- Lead daily kitchen operations while working the line
- Set and maintain high standards for organization, cleanliness, and execution
- Manage prep, ordering, and product quality
- Work directly with ownership on menu execution and ongoing improvements
- Help develop a reliable, accountable team
What we’re looking for:
- Strong line cook background with real volume experience
- Proven ability to lead shifts and hold a team to a high standard
- Organized, dependable, and solutions-driven
- Pride in your work and a desire to build something solid
Compensation:
- $75K–$100K based on experience and leadership ability
