Key Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and make them feel welcome
Present menus and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials
Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system
Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
Handle guest payments and operate POS systems accurately
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
Familiarity with POS systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays
