Pit has 5 large shelves and will hold 10- 15 brisket or 20 butts or 20 racks of any kind.
Pit is approximately 29”x 32x 75” w/stack and weighs approximately 900 pounds.
Pit is well kept and always used pans and foil so no grease ever to wash out. Never left ash in.
Pit is fully insulated with wool insulation and uses minimal fuel to run which runs on charcoal and wood chunk or splits. It will run with ease at -20 below. Pit is on wheels and moves around easy.
Has stainless side shelf.
Comes with ash pan in firebox.
Comes with the FireBoard Pro which runs from you cell phone to controll fan and pit temp from anywhere you have cell service or internet. It is great when you want barbecue but can’t be around.
