Beautiful like new, 2024 Jayco Northpoint 377RLBH Fifth Wheel at Wild Acres Campground in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. This campground is a sought-after campground with access to the beach directly from the campground!! This site is the “Ocean Walk” area of the campground, which is nearly impossible to get into as a seasonal! The site is very large, 50L x 35W. The site has the following features, which I am including in the price. If you are interested in purchasing just the unit, and not leaving it at the seasonal sale, please let me know that I can sell it separately. Willing to sell the unit on the seasonal site or sell the unit alone.
Free camping for the remaining part of the season when you buy with the site. You can choose to stay for next year, or travel to any other site or campground. This site is one of the bigger sites in the campground, and it’s in the hard-to-get area of the campground, so don’t miss out!!
The seasonal site features a shed that stays with the site (owned by campground). The shed has fully electrical installed and newly installed shelving and includes a fridge that stays with the shed. There is a 12x12 trek deck with railing/fencing around it. Included are a 4-person table and chairs with an umbrella. There are 12 x 20 and 13 x 10 Gazebos, both included. Both are fully wired with outside lightning included. The 12x20 Gazebo has full floor grey durable flooring, including side tables (3), a fish teal table, 2 lamps, and is willing to sell a couch and 2 chairs with cushions if interested. There is a hardtop gazebo for your grill with a bar on one side.
