Toro Snowthrower Power Shift 828. This is an 8 horsepower, two stage snowthrower and has a unique feature, Power Shift which changes the wheels position and effectively changes the fulcrum of the weight towards the front bucket. This allows the machine to cut through heavy snow without riding up!
Featuring a Briggs and Stratton American made engine.
This machine was completely overhauled two years ago, costing over $500. Presently it should be tuned up this summer to be ready for next snow season.
Has electric start and runs well except for the throttle control which needs a bushing or new connector rod.
Well maintained and always kept indoors. (original owner)
