British architectural purse / evening handbag form the early 20th century. I believe it is made of leather but am not sure but Tarus makes all products aout of fine grain leather. The body has a smooth surface while the serpentine handles have a fine sketch-like texture. It has a magnetic snap closure. There are no feet. The maker is Taurus and there is a signature stamp on the front which includes a tiny gold bull. The condition is great: there are no tears, rips, repairs or scratches that I can find, and there is slight fading/wear on the handle.
