Unique fixer opportunity cantilever / spring rocker. Obviously needs some cleaning up. It has metal armrests under that paint and they look rusty but fully intact. There are nuts and bolts at the joints, probably not original. Not sure why there are wires at some of the joints, it doesn't look like it was originally attached in these spots. Overall structurally sound. It needs a weekend worth of stripping sanding and painting but well worth the effort.

Chair is available in Northern RI. I am located about 20 minutes from Providence and a little over an hour from Hartford or Boston.
