Mid-century Hans Wegner style folding ottoman with Danish cord seat. It's marked Yugoslavia so unlikely Wegner had anything to do with this. It's a cool look and in excellent condition whomever the maker was. Piece is in excellent condition. The cord seat is dirty but in good condition. It sticks a little when you try to fold it, probably hasn't been folded in decades. Wood has some slight scuffs and scratches but overall excellent.

I have quite a few mid-century / Danish modern pieces listed if you want to look at the "more ads by this user" link on Craigslist.

Piece is available in Northern RI. I am located about 20 minutes from Providence and a little over an hour from Hartford or Boston.
