This has the Late Victorian early 1900's Faux Bamboo look to it, but it is turned hardwood. The others I see online have a sort of handle attachment and there is a little spot on these where there was perhaps a screw. Aside from the possibly missing pieces stand is in great shape. Wood has a few little chips and nicks but overall very good.

Piece is located in Northern RI. I'm about 20 minutes from Providence and a little over an hour from Hartford or Boston.
