I respond to all legitimate questions so check your junk / spam folder if you haven't heard back from me.
I was able to find new old stock foot glides and replaced them all.
Set of 4 all chrome ladderback dining chairs by Chromcraft. These are what Gio Ponti would have designed had he lived in 50's Detroit. Set needs some cleaning up but pretty rare and exceedingly cool. Seats are structurally sturdy / sound but need to be re-covered. Chrome has some tarnish / rust mainly on the underside of the seats. They need a good cleaning up but overall, pretty good.

They were used with a Chromcraft extension table I will be listing separately, as it isn't an exact match.

Set is available in Northern RI. I'm located about 20 minutes North of Providence and a little over an hour from Hartford or Boston.
