Telescoping. folding aluminum space age tripod lamp. Perhaps this was used for photography. Lamp is in pretty good used condition. The knobs didn't turn easily so I didn't try very hard as I was afraid of breaking them, and they are very cool looking. I would either heat them with a hairdryer or spray a little silicon spray on them. Metal has some scratches, including a previous owners name. The legs are a little crooked. One of the plastic foot guards is missing. Lamp works as shown, but it's at least 50 year old wiring. Handle to removable light is loose. Light needs a little cleaning up but it has a great space age look.
