It’s solidly built with 1/2” and 3/4” ply on a 2x4 frame.
OVERALL SIZE = 127-1/4” x 12-1/2” x 96-1/2” h
Only 1 side has panels installed; the other side is open framing, but one could easily screw in some sheets of ply to make it 2-sided. Holes are already drilled to bolt into the floor (I used concrete anchors to bolt into my shop floor).
It’s got some nail and screw holes in the panels, and it use a good wipe-down, but nothing outrageous & otherwise in great shape.
