This kit enables you to produce your own Maple sap evaporator from a steel 55 drum in about an hour or so depending on your skill level.
All parts included : clean food grade steel drum, all nuts bolts hardware
All cast iron pieces, door, legs, air inlet,exhaust manifold, and new stainless pans.
NSF rated foodgrade commercial stainless steel evaporation pans
2.5” shallow pan kit $269
21 quart per pan 6” deep pan kit is $329
this has a 4 gal/hr rate of evap, 5g/hr if you place fan in front door.

This kit comes with a clean food safe heavy gauge steel barrel in like new condition,
Supplied with two stainless steel commercial grade (NSF certified) steam pans,
new hardware, new cast iron kit w/ door, legs, exhaust manifold all hardware nuts bolts etc
You provide the 6” x24” black stove pipe section
you need a measuring tape
marker, jigsaw screwdriver level
Round about an hour or so of time dependent on your skill level.
I provide a curved steel tracing template for deep pan version and detailed instructions
