Unlike many hatcheries, we raise, breed, and hatch our chicks right here on our farm β which means no stressful USPS shipping for our chicks. They are cared for from day one in a clean, attentive environment.

Chicks are sold as straight run.
If you receive a rooster, you may return him for:
Another chick (if available), or
A credit toward a 10-week-old guaranteed pullet available at that time.
Please note: We cannot guarantee the same breed will be available for replacement.
All day-old chicks are vaccinated for Marekβs disease.
We feed medicated chick starter from Ventura Grain to give them the best start in life.
We do not vaccinate for Coccidia, as it can be effectively managed with:
A clean coop environment
Medicated chick feed
Good probiotics when birds transition outdoors
