The Opportunity
We are currently hiring dedicated and compassionate CNAs to provide one-on-one support for aging adults in their homes. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to truly make a difference in someone’s life every day.
To join our team, you’ll need:
Active Rhode Island CNA license
CPR certification
MUST be able to provide up-to-date immunization records (MMR, Varicella, Flu, Covid, TDap, PPD, Hep B, & Physical)
Valid driver’s license
Insured, registered vehicle (preferred)
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds
Ability to communicate in English
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a drug screening, background check, and BCI check

As a licensed CNA, your role includes:
Hands-on personal care and hygiene assistance
Monitoring vitals
Medication reminders
Safety and fall prevention
Companionship and emotional support
Light housekeeping and meal prep
Incidental transportation for errands and appointments
You’ll build strong one-on-one relationships with clients, helping them live safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes. It’s not just care—it’s care with heart.
Shift Options:
Full-time or Part-time available
Shifts are 4 -12 hours in length
Start as early as 7a and run as late as 11p
Occasional overnights available
Some Weekend availability is a MUST
