Affordable apartment wanted (South County/Washington County)

I am a single male looking for a 1 bedroom unfurnished apartment in the South County area for a year round rental. I can afford up to $1,400 per month. If utilities are included, no higher than $1,500 per month. I am flexible as to move-in date. I have a medium sized dog (ESA with paperwork) who is 11 years old, well behaved, housebroken, and quiet. I need off street parking. I am quiet, keep to myself, and am employed. I have references, have never been evicted and can easily pass a background check and have decent credit.
You are a home owner, realtor, or apartment manager who can prove ownership of said property or that you work for the owner. No upfront deposit to see the apartment. You must have the keys so we can take a tour of the inside of the apartment. I will accept nothing sight unseen. Please reply through the CL email address. Thank you.
