Middle aged professional GWM starting over, seeking pet-friendly (in lease - 1 puppy, adding 1 more) living space in quiet location with parking for one car. Ideally, washer/dryer in-unit and gas cooking. Open to creative options, and space need not be newly remodeled. Strong preference for rural/wooded setting. Excellent personal references, credit not good, but open to discussing fronting up to 12 months rent.
Max monthly rent $1500 to $2000 firm.
