I currently have an apartment but it is financially draining me. I'm looking for somewhere that will be ready to rent for November 2026. I have two cats that are very bonded. They are emotional support animals. I work at the VA and leave early and am home by 5pm normally. I'm extremely quiet and when not working I'm either away (I set up pet cameras to check in on cats/ am never gone for more than 2 days) or bed bound due to wanting to relax. I'm a non smoker and drink very rarely. My budget all in is $1000. My student loans are all coming due and I simply do not make enough money to live. I will not entertain any sexual relationship in exchange for rent. I normally keep to myself.
