• Unplug appliances
• Open doors to dishwasher, washing machine (prevents mold )
• Leave all interior doors open to allow air circulation.
• Check all doors and windows are locked.
• Check front and back yard for any thing that could get fly

• Clean outdoor furniture and move inside for storage (limited )
• Check yard and decks for anything that could fly away
• Empty bed of all linens clean and fold , ready for opening (lets bed breath )
• Drain piped of water bathrooms and kitchen , add antifreeze to toilets
• Empty refrigerator and clean it (not freezer )
• Remove any open foods from cupboards
• Arrange to have hvac serviced **
• Set up timers for lights to come on and off at different times .
• AVAILABLE driveway and sidewalk snow removal (liability & insurance)**

Weekly $50 per , Monthly $75 per visit
• Interior & exterior inspection
• Update you with pictures and report by text or email

• Run washer and dish washer make sure its all working proper
• Vent the house for a min of 2 hours .
