There are some things I DO NOT DO and I figured I'd mention them here.
I do NOT touch or get into plumbing, electrical or utilities based repairs or projects.
I am a repair man, carpenter and painter by trade and NOT an electrician or plumber.
You wouldn't ask your plumber to fix your door or paint your bedroom would you?
And the very same applies here, to what I do and what I DO NOT do. :)
But, I can help and refer you to trusted skilled professionals that service my customers to help service those needs.
I also only service customers in local Rhode Island, and do NOT travel outside of the state to places such as Massachusetts or Connecticut.
But, I may be able to refer you to someone that does.
Also, it's worth mentioning this -
The reason I do NOT include my phone number in my CL ad is that I have been scammed and had my bank account hacked multiple times because of a posted public phone # in the past. So, for the protection of myself and my family that is why there is no contact phone number posted publicly in the ad here on CL related ads. Sad that is how the world is now, but it is too risky.
Use caution when posting phone numbers publicly on places like CL ad's folks!
We will be talking on the phone once we start communicating through the relay email. And I prefer to talk rather than text and I also prefer to meet and discuss in person at the potential job before I can give you an estimate so both you and I are happy and comfortable about the potential project and it's exact needs. I'm a very detail oriented person and I get so many emails that say things like "how much is your rate" and say nothing about the job, yeah, please don't do that.
That's be like taking your car to your mechanic and saying "it's broke how much to fix it"?
How could they answer that? Same applies here folks. I have to see what I'm working with and all factors related to know something like that. Honesty and open, straight forwardness is my way, and this helps everyone involved, both you and I, be happy.
I hope explaining all this here shows that.
