Job Summary:
This role supports HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders globally in operional and stregic workforce planning. The Specialist transles business stregies into actionable workforce insights, analyzing demand, supply, locion, and skills, and supports planning discussions leading to effective decisions.
This role ensures workforce plans are viable by aligning headcount needs with budget, capacity, and technology, collaboring closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders. Reporting to the Staff VP, HR Da and Innovion, this position operes under the HR Operions Manager – People Analytics. It involves close collaborion with HRBPs, HR Analytics, Finance, and other business stakeholders.
Schedule & Locion:
This is a full time office based position in Johnston, RI. Some flexibility for remote work 1-2 days per week based on business needs. Occasional domestic travel may be required.
