Site Supervisor

Job Summary

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing Security Officers and Lead Officers assigned client site(s). This role ensures all security operions run smoothly, post orders are followed, staff are properly trained, and client expections are met. The Security Supervisor may also perform Security Officer duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other assigned personnel one or more client sites
• Ensure all post orders are followed, prols are completed, and reports are accure and submitted on time
• Assign work schedules and ensure adeque coverage of all posts
• Coach, train, and discipline employees in accordance with company policy and client requirements
• Conduct post inspections and meet with staff to review duties and expections
• Train new and existing employees on post orders, procedures, and site-specific requirements
• Prepare, review, and submit reports, logs, and required documention
• Assist with payroll and personnel reporting as assigned
• Respond appropriely to emergencies and notify proper authorities and client representives
• Meet with client representives to ensure security needs are met and provide high-quality customer service
• Support hiring, training, performance evaluions, and disciplinary actions, including making recommendions
• Step in and perform Security Officer duties when necessary

Minimum Qualificions

• Must be least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to complete GED within six months)
• Legal authorizion to work in the United Stes
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Reliable transportion and reliable means of communicion
• Willingness to participe in pre-employment screening, including background check and drug screening

Preferred Educion & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of security-reled experience, including lead or supervisory experience
• Equivalent combinion of educion and experience may be considered

• Knowledge of security operions, procedures, and safety practices
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to train, motive, and discipline staff effectively
• Excellent communicion and customer service skills
• Ability to write clear and accure reports and logs
• Strong organizional and scheduling skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situions
• Comfortable working in diverse environments and adapting to changing procedures
• Ability to meet all applicable licensing, certificion, and site-specific requirements

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
• May be required to work overtime, weekends, or holidays
• May be exposed to inclement weher, stressful situions, or physical activity depending on assignment
• Ability to use basic computer systems and communicion devices
• Ability to maintain professional composure and handle sensitive or confidential informion
