We are seeking a reliable, safety‑conscious Experienced Pallet Dismantler to join our production team. In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for dismantling wooden pallets using industrial tools and equipment to support recycling, repair, and material processing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely dismantle wooden pallets using a pallet dismantler.
Sort reclaimed lumber based on size and quality standards.
Identify reusable components and discard damaged materials as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
Meet daily production goals and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of pallet dismantler experience
Ability to safely operate a pallet dismantler.
Experience dismantling pallets or working in a lumber, recycling, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
Strong physical stamina — must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for long periods.
Solid understanding of workplace safety practices.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
