Roast House is hiring a reliable Warehouse Worker for our commissary operation in Johnston, RI. This is a hands-on, physical role supporting daily production, receiving, and delivery logistics across our coffee and food service locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving and organizing inventory (coffee, supplies, food items)
- Pulling and packing orders for store deliveries
- Loading/unloading vehicles and managing stock rotation
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and properly labeled
- Assisting with commissary prep and production as needed
- Running deliveries to our Rhode Island locations (valid driver's license required)
- Reporting low stock and flagging supply issues to management
SCHEDULE:
- Full-time or part-time available
- Early morning shifts (starting as early as 8 AM)
- Monday through Fridday
- Johnston, RI based
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
- Food service or warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Ability to operate a forklift (certification a plus)
COMPENSATION:
- $21–$23/hr depending on experience
