We run a short-term rental business in Providence, RI, and regularly perform maintenance tasks in our properties. We are looking for a reliable handyman to help with various tasks on a weekly basis, including routine maintenance and emergency calls.
Some of the tasks may include:
*General property maintenance
*Light carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, etc.
*Troubleshooting HVAC systems
*Troubleshooting appliances (washer/dryer, stoves, etc.)
*Installing smart locks, cameras, and thermostats
*Assembling or moving furniture / mounting TVs
*Basic plumbing tasks
***Pay: $30 per hour paid via PayPal only***
