We are a boutique law firm located in Pawtuxet Village in Cranston and are currently in need of a maintenance person for weekly general upkeep and repairs for our office and ensuring building systems are in good working order. This position includes minor repairs to furniture, fixtures, and equipment; replacing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks and slow drains, patching walls, painting and touch ups, troubleshooting minor electrical issues and assisting with snow removal and laying down salt when needed. In addition, cleaning up / tidying up outside, washing the building / windows with the hose, walking around looking for anything needing service or repair. Change A/C filters, install the one window unit A/C and clean things that the regular cleaners don’t clean. Keeping up the overall appearance and maintenance of the office inside and out. We may occasionally ask this person to meet with contractors for repairs and work that this person cannot do.
