We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to service short-term vacation rental properties (Airbnb/VRBO). This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in cleanliness, efficiency, and creating a welcoming experience for guests.
Responsibilities:
Perform full turnover cleanings between guest stays
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas
Wash, dry, and replace linens and towels
Restock basic supplies (toiletries, paper goods, etc.)
Inspect property for damages or missing items and report promptly
Follow cleaning checklists and quality standards
Ensure properties are guest-ready by check-in time
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience preferred (hotel or Airbnb a plus)
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable transportation required
Smartphone for communication and checklists
Must be dependable, professional, and trustworthy
Schedule:
Flexible hours
Typically between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Weekends and holidays may be required
Compensation:
Competitive pay per clean or hourly
