We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our growing construction team. Part-time, leading to full-time Spring and Summer.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and a vehicle to get to and from work.
Strong work ethic.
Dependable, trustworthy, and respectful
Ability to perform heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job folders, and specifications
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 1 year of construction experience
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform general labor duties on various job sites
Assist with installation tasks using hand and power tools
Maintain daily truck and tool inventory
Ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment
Provide exceptional customer service to support company growth
Work closely with crew members to ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality
Foster positive working relationships with the Team
