Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality sanding, priming, seam sealing, and trimming
Prepare vehicle surfaces meticulously to ensure flawless paint application and repairs.
Assist painter with setup, cleanup, masking, and material handling in the shop.
Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area
Requirements:
Proven experience as an auto body painter's helper or prepper, with strong knowledge of sanding techniques, priming applications, seam sealing for body work, and automotive paint mixing/application.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions precisely.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
