Seeking a reliable live-in assistant for a small Airbnb/property management setup in Central Falls, RI.
Private fourth-floor apartment included:
• Private bathroom
• Kitchenette
• Access to full kitchen one floor below
• Utilities and internet included
In exchange for:
Approximately 4 hours per day, 6 days per week
Typical hours: 11 AM – 3 PM
Looking for help with:
• Airbnb cleaning and turnover support
• General household chores
• Gardening and watering plants
• Light handyman help
• Occasional organizing or errands
This position is best for someone who:
• Has a flexible daytime schedule
• Is dependable and self-motivated
• Can work independently without needing close supervision
• Is reasonably neat and organized
• Is comfortable around dogs
