For the electrician side:
The site has an importing 480v transformer and (1) exporting 480v and an exporting 4160v transformer. All the exporting equipment needs to be electrically disconnected.
The whole site needs to be electrically disconnected, except for lighting, outlets, a 480v air compressor, and a 480v gas skid.
