We need a regular gardener to come by and do maintenance every two weeks. This includes weeding, picking up tree litter, animal poop and mowing. We would also need lawn maintenance monthly, fall and spring clean ups (at least 2x in the fall and mulching in spring). We also will have one-off tasks like planting new plants in the spring/fall, laternfly removal, tree trimming, etc. Our front yard is 100% perennial garden and the back yard is 30% lawn, 40% patio, 30% garden.
Happy to work with you on price, but the most important part to us is having someone come by constantly for maintenance. We pretty much always have tasks for someone to do.
