Our Marketing firm is seeking to add a graphic designer / artwork setup individual to our team on a contract basis. This job is open for entry level graphic designers, those with minimal experience or to talented individuals looking for contract, as needed graphic design work.

The weekly hours will range based on our needs as a company. Additionally, the responsibilities and role will be specific the individual we choose to hire. We prefer to hire a good fit within our company and be flexible to their particular role in our organization. Responsibilities this position could include are as following;

- Artwork setup for custom apparel and custom products
- Creative Graphic Design Services (print, online and other creative needs)
- Reviewing artwork submitted by clients and/or improving artwork submitted by clients
- Working with our vectorization team (outsourced out of building)
- Working directly with clients and/or directly with our manufacturers
- Process orders along with submitting final artwork to manufacturers
- Minor to Manage Branding projects (logo, marketing material + style guide)* (this is a secondary need currently)

Must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator) and have the ability to quickly learn our processes. Must be willing to work on contract (paid hourly based on experience) and must be willing to work within our Cranston office. However, we will be flexible with work from home for the right individual.

This position will report directly to our head account manager. We are open to internships, part-time work and those interested in eventual full-time work. Regardless of role it is a paid position with growth opportunities -- with the understanding that this is a contract position. Estimated amount of hours per week is dependent on the individuals skill set and our needs at current time. To start, roughly around 10 hours per week with potential 30+ per week within the next several months.

We cater to roughly 500 small businesses and several large corporations within the East Coast. If you are an active freelancer and/or have numerous clients we potentially would allow you to operate with those clients out of our location (for the right individual). While this is stated, our preference is someone that wants to grow with us be understands the hours will be as needed to start.
