Manage Orders: Research furniture pieces, gather quotes, place orders, and track them diligently from fabrication through to delivery.
Create Clear Work Orders: See design concepts through to final products by developing concise work orders and rigorously following up to ensure vendor deadlines are met.
Collaborate & Review: Participate in all-team design meetings to review and discuss floor plans and layout specifications.
Site Quality Assurance: Attend on-location contractor projects as needed for quality assurance, taking detailed site photos and reporting any issues directly to the team.
Logistics & Scheduling: Serve as the point person for coordinating schedules regarding pickups, deliveries, installations, and property management, updating the daily schedule dynamically.
