Responsibilities
- Fabricate and maintain tooling to produce automotive parts according to specifications.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
**Experience Operating Eyelet Transfer Presses (Waterbury Farrel's or similar ) is Required**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating press machinery in a manufacturing environment is required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. Average employee tenure is 15+ years
