Black Geddy Lee signature Fender Jazz Bass in case. Crafted in Japan. I believe the pickups have been changed to Seymour Duncan Antiquity II's. It has a Hipshot tuner on the E string, but the original tuner is also included.

As far as the condition goes, the saddles occasionally get caught when I adjust them, so maybe they need lubrication. There are various scuffs, scratches, and chips on the paint, as well as some corrosion on the metal and and probably some dirt or finger grime around the pickups and bridge, although it's a little cleaner than in the photos because I wiped off the parts I could get to without removing the strings.. The strings are quite obviously ancient, and the tone knob is a tiny bit fuzzy. But the setup is fine as of this summer when I had it checked at Noll Guitars.
