The cabinet is very solid (as new) with some tears in the tolex on the bottom, and a small ding in the grill. It's been stored in my garage for a number of years, and I didn't clean it up at all for the photos. They don't make them like this anymore... having steel handles, and very thick marine core plywood! Speakers not included. Put some modern bass speakers in there, and it would be hard to compete with any 4x10 out there today.
