As new with tags still on them. Cannot tell from new. Used about 10 times and I switched to electric kit. Black Satin 5.5 x 14" snare. 8x10, 9x12, 14x16 tom's. 18x22 bass. Hardware ( not normally included with shell set) includes cymbal stands, 2 single Tom clamps with memory lock.
