An exquisite part of Larrivee's 50 Mahogany Traditional Series, the 000-50 is replete with vintage-inspired features, including a flat-top headstock, a hand-carved volute, and diamond-dot inlays, along with the company's Scalloped Hybrid bracing system for maximum soundboard vibration. This striking, all-solid-wood acoustic guitar was meticulously crafted from spruce-topped mahogany, with a hand-fit dovetail joint for a lock-tight fit and optimal sustain. Effortless playability, by virtue of its comfortable mahogany neck and smooth ebony fingerboard. High-end appointments: a bone nut, a compensated bone saddle, and casted bronze open-back tuners with engraved design work by Wendy Larrivee. The Larrivee 000-50 also includes maple body binding, herringbone purfling, a herringbone rosette, and gloss finish.

Currently set up with Stringjoy Naturals 12/54 phosphor bronze & includes 2 new sets on stringjoy strings. Bought this with the idea of shifting from nylon to steel for finger picking. Ended going back to mostly classical and this now just sits. A wonderful guitar with minor wear, no dings, cracks or other issues. Comes in the original hard case.
