Schubert Cabinet Grand Piano manufactured in New York circa 1910.
This piano is interesting. But, it also sounds really good. The sound board, pin block, harp, and structure overall is in really good condition. The bones are there. The pictures provide an example of the work that is needed. But, an RPT could do some magic to bring this instrument back to life. It really sounds good.
I am not able to move this piano so you will have to make those arrangements yourself.
However, I have moved a number of pianos in my time, so I am happy to provide guidance which makes it tenable.
