Vocals/Jam Partners for project; Industrial/Doom/Goth/Synth/Metal (Providence)

I want to make something that sounds heavy, slow, and unsettling again. Ideally I'd want to meet a vocalist and 1-2 people that I can gel with for instrumentals. My jam room is all digital with guitars, basses, amp sims, an electronic drum kit, and 2 MIDI keyboards. I do like getting together for jam sessions, but I also like meeting people comfortable with recording technology that can demo out ideas and work remotely.
