Duties:
- Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls and text responses with proper etiquette
- Maintain the cleanliness of the office and restock and order supplies, as needed
- Run errands, as needed
- Provide support to staff and visitors
- Utilize computer skills for document creation and data entry
- Perform clerical duties to support office operations
Qualifications:
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a medical, real estate, or dental office is a plus, but not needed.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
