Wickford Lumber and Hardware has a great opportunity for a full-time or part-time Admin/Retail Customer Service Rep to work Monday through Friday.
This position will work partly in the office:
*Order and receive merchandise; update the inventory system
*Call vendors for quotes; obtain merchandise information
*Assist with inventory counts
*Call to collect past due customer payments
*Reconcile packing slips and invoices
*Other office work as needed and assigned
The other portion of the day will be spent in the hardware store:
*Assist customers
*Work the register, count money; answer the phone
*Unpack shipment bins; stock shelves
*Other duties as needed and assigned
Requirements:
*Computer literacy and previous office experience
*Attention to detail, organized, reliable
*Excellent customer service skills
