Assistant to a satellite office of CEO of a growing business.
Assistant to provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support to ensure the CEO’s time is optimized and operations run efficiently. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage complex calendars, handle sensitive communication, and act as a liaison between the CEO, senior management, and plant personnel. Assistant must be able to create presentations, set up meeting spaces with agendas, check in with deliverables and manage travel and meals.
Candidate must be familiar with slack, Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Google Calendar and Zoom. 5+ years of executive admin support required.
This is a hybrid part time position.
Monday to Wednesday in person, 8:00-noon
Thursday remote (barring scheduled meeting) 8-noon
