I’m looking to share my office. It’s fully furnished and on the 2nd floor of a quiet and professional office building on Waterman Street, right near Wayland Square. The building is an old home and has a lot of charm and character. There is easy access to I-195, I-95, Brown University, and the Henderson Bridge. The first floor has psychologist, a few psychotherapists, and the administrative office for a construction company. The third floor has a psychotherapist, a masseuse, and a holistic practitioner. There are 5 offices on the second floor and everyone is a psychotherapist or psychologist. We share a waiting room. There are also 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor. The building manager cleans regularly and stocks the bathrooms. Snow removal, heat, electricity, and central air are all included. There is free parking in a large private lot and additional free parking on the street. Unfortunately the building is not handicap accessible. You’ll need to sign up for Wi-Fi or ask to pay into an officemate’s Wi-Fi. I’m also open to getting it together.

My office space is 12’9” by 15’2”. There is an oversized and mostly empty closet that is 5’2” by 5’10”. Both rooms have 9 foot tall ceilings. The office is ideal for psychotherapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, acupuncturists, massage therapists, chiropractors, aestheticians, reflexologists, nutritionists, reiki practitioners, and naturopathic doctors.

The space is available Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, every other Tuesday, alternating Tuesdays before 11:30AM and after 7PM, Wednesdays before 2PM and after 7PM, and Thursdays before 11:30AM and after 7PM. I’m looking to share my space with someone who is able to rent a few days a week.

-2 full days a week costs $290 per month
-3 full days a week costs $375 per month
-4 full days a week costs $425 a month.
-Partial days are available at a reduced rate.

The landlord has a quick application to fill out and they will write up a subletting agreement. Their application includes a credit check. The lease will be written for 6 months which we can then renew. I’m hoping to share the office for awhile. Reach out with any questions. I am happy to show you the space.
