Local Real Estate Office seeks an Real Estate Office Assistant/ Transaction Coordinator for a Permanent Position
25 Hours to Start -Part Time - Monday to Friday (Office Hours)

Job Requirements

Provide administrative support to broker - transaction management, document and report preparation
Database Management, mail merge, create and work with mailing lists, create and maintain various charts and reports
Assist with marketing, valuations, advertising, invoicing, client contact, follow up, research Coordinate individual projects
Exemplify the core values of the brokerage and perform other tasks and duties as assigned
25 Hours a week (Flexibility Required, Some Saturday Hours).
Stable, Long term position
Some Travel using office vehicle maybe required.


Qualifications:

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - Must be comfortable working in an MS Office environment - Some Graphic Design, Social Media experience a must
Strict attention to detail Task oriented with ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills 1-2 years of data entry experience, 1-2 relevant office admin experience
High School diploma required
Ideal candidate is a professional positive team player who thrives in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
Must have excellent communication skills
Candidate must be a smart Individual, quick thinker, self-motivated, and go getter.
This is an Independent Contractor position
