My experience includes:
–Writing & Content Creation–
I have written and edited business content across industries. From cosmetic surgery to shoreline restoration services, I've translated complex ideas into clear, persuasive messaging. I currently help with writing blog and email content for an ecommerce company with a 60,000+ email list, along with brainstorming ads and other tasks.
–Online Project Coordination–
What are some of those other tasks? I have experience coordinating projects and helping to solve challenges. When workflows need organizing, I can sort them out. I identify potential issues and create clear reports that keep everyone informed.
For finding freelancers online to do various tasks on behalf of my clients, like graphic design or video editing, I’ve created job posts with specifications for the tasks needed to be accomplished, reviewed applicants, and made over 50 hires.
–Training & Documentation–
I've helped with employee onboarding and procedural documentation, breaking down complicated workflows so people can follow them without getting lost or frustrated.
–Real World Experience–
Though I’ve built up some strong “computer muscles” from all my online work, I've also worked in concrete manufacturing, at a ski mountain, on farms, with indoor hydroponics, and more. This cross-industry background means I bring solutions from one area to solve problems in another.
–Creativity & Learning–
When I’m not working, I enjoy being creative by making artwork like masks and sculptures, or writing science fiction stories. Some of my interests include history and biology. This might not be super relevant to our work together but it’s part of my background helping me bring a fresh, creative perspective.
–What You See is What You Get–
We’re all busy. I like to be up front about stuff. If I think I can do something, I’ll say that. If I MIGHT be able to do it, I’ll tell you why. And if it looks like something won’t work out, I’ll tell you that up front, too.
If any of this interests you, contact me to discuss potential opportunities where I could help with operations, communications, or projects. Or maybe something totally different—I don't know, that's one reason I'm writing this post, to possibly meet business owners I might not run into otherwise.
