I am a construction project manager with years of experience in leadership roles mostly in the residential sector with some commercial experience. I am looking for an opportunity to take my PM experience over to commercial, industrial, or multi family residential and leave single family behind me. I am willing to possibly start at a lesser position to make the transition or even work part time. I have experience with scheduling, contract writing, vendor relations, subcontractor management, estimating, job site supervision, etc.
