• Supporting owners and investors with clear updates and solutions
CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• 15+ years in carpentry, remodeling, and high-end finish work
• Walking properties and identifying issues immediately
• Coordinating trades, schedules, and scopes of work
• Estimating, planning, and overseeing improvements or rehabs
• Turning distressed or outdated properties into clean, rentable product
