Common spaces are shared and kept clean……and of course, roommates
would be required to contribute to the upkeep…..it’s everyone’s responsibility.
Anywho, the house is quiet and shared with kitties and a dog. The landlord lives here(me) and
I am upbeat and funny and a great cook.
Looking for a responsible person, however no heavy drinkers or druggies need apply.
This is for one person in a room, no couples or kids and no animals as there is already cats & a dog here.
Rent is $950 and includes heat, hot water, internet, off-street parking
